28/02/2008: AGM next week

Next Wednesday we will be holding our AGM(annual general meeting). The main purpose of the AGM is to elect the new committee members to run the society next year, so if you are interested in running for President, Secretary, Treasurer, Social Secretary, Webmaster or International Rep, then please come along and stand for the position you want to run for. The details of what each comittee member does as well as how the AGM works will be on the forum shortly.
As well as selecting the new committee, the AGM is your chance to give your opinion on the society, if there are any suggestions you have about the society, anything you think we could do to improve the society or there are some changes you'd like to see, then come along and have your say. The AGM will take place at the beginning of next weeks regular showing (dont worry there will still be plenty of time for a film afterwards).
